www.calwineries.com  This is a great site for wine enthusiasts at all levels of experience to learn more about California wine.  It is an especially good tool to use for research and to understand more about California's many diverse wine growing regions and sub-region.  For each region it shows maps and goes into the soil, climate, types of grapes grown, history, terroir, wineries, and the wines.  It also covers current events, news, and other developments that advance a deeper understanding of California Wine Country.

YREC's staff, academic advisory board, senior Yoga teachers council, and other affiliates include professionals in the fields of ideology, history of religion, philosophy, psychology, education, and medicine.

www.yogaforwellbeing.org   This is the web site of Yoga for Well-Being, a yoga-center located in Goshen, New York.  Yoga for Well-Being is a beautiful space, which provides daily classes in Hatha Yoga (the postures), meditation, philosophy, chanting, and therapeutic yoga for health and healing.  The center's director, Fran Ubertini, is a certified Viniyoga instructor and has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 20 years.  Viniyoga is especially therapeutic in style and places an emphasis on the student's needs and physical disposition.  This web site provides links to Viniyoga centers around the world and detailed info about yoga and yoga philosophy.
